McNab House and Botanical Gardens Seeks Restaurateur

The restoration of the historic McNab House has made tremendous progress during the past few months. As the transformation of the landmark residence moves to the next phase, the Pompano Beach CRA has announced a Request for Proposal (RFP) for master operator of the restaurant and café.

“We are creating a world-class botanical garden and traditional dining restaurants which can host a variety of special events including weddings, educational tours, etc.” said Nguyen Tran, CRA Director. “This is a tremendous opportunity for the right restaurateur to work with the City in developing a key element of this forthcoming Florida destination.”

The CRA has divided the project into phases so operations may begin at the restaurant while the remainder of the botanical garden is designed, funded, and built.
