ISLE CASINO GETS GREEN LIGHT FOR REDEVELOPMENT

ISLE CASINO POMPANO E-COMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER: An e-commerce distribution center planned for the Isle Casino Pompano Park property received site plan approval from the Planning and Zoning Board last month.

The distribution center is part of the redevelopment of the Isle Casino property into Live! Resorts Pompano – a large-scale mixed-use project that includes entertainment, retail, dining, hotel, residential, office and logistics components.

The distribution center will consist of an approximately 517,000-square-foot sortation facility and an approximately 141,000-square-foot delivery station that will operate 24/7.

The distribution center will occupy roughly 96 acres on the east side of the 223-acre Isle Casino site, which is located on the southeast corner of Powerline Road and SW 3rd Street (Racetrack Road).

The e-commerce facility wasn’t in the original plans, but in 2020 the City Commission approved adding it at the request of The Cordish Companies, the master developer of Live! Resorts Pompano.
