First Luxury Condominium On Fort Lauderdale’s Middle River Launches New Penthouse Collection

Fort Lauderdale, as a whole, does not lack on options for luxury waterfront residencies, but one neighborhood in particular has finally launched itself into the luxe world of condominiums.

Riva, and its new penthouse collection, is the first luxury condominium set alongside Fort Lauderdale’s Middle River. It boasts coastal-style designs and six penthouse residences that are ready for occupancy.

Riva is set along the waterways and across the street from George English Park. Each penthouse features panoramic ocean-to-downtown views. They are priced between $1,675,000 and $3,995,000. The penthouse collection is limited edition and features residences with one to two floors and three to four bedrooms.

The spaces range between 2,500 and 7,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, including large terraces.

Entry to each penthouse is via a private foyer. The main living floors feature a master bedroom, a master bath suite, a living room, a dining area, an Italian-designed kitchen with Sub-Zero appliances and an outdoor summer kitchen.

Select penthouses include a private rooftop spa and penthouse residents may upgrade with a personal boat slip and/or a private, two-car garage.

Other amenities at Riva include a boat dock, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa, a sundeck lounge and a fitness and yoga studio.
